Exclusive: Colin Farrell On Total Recall

'I reach say 'Who the hell am I?''To paraphrase Lady Bracknell: remaking one much-loved kitsch classic is ballsy remaking two takes cojones how big 1980s Space Hoppers. Just one misstep along with a small military of fans is poised to descend in your doorstep with pitchforks along with a seize-and-desist writ. Request Colin Farrell, though, and there is ample daylight between Len Wiseman's Total Recall - like Fright Evening - and it is predecessor to eliminate the spectre of Arnie, Johnnycab and also the camping joys from the red-colored planet. It is different, Farrell told Empire. The storyline is greatly inspired through the Philip K. Dick short story (We Are Able To Remember It For You Personally Wholesale) but it is been transformed considerably. The planet produced is quite different from the planet within the original. I really like the initial but it is different enough it warrants retelling. Click below to listen to from Farrell and the fellow Total Recallers, Bryan Cranston, Jessica Biel, Kate Beckinsale and John Cho, in the floor of Comic-Disadvantage. Or mind here - via virtual Space Hopper - for any full report from the movie's Comic-Disadvantage panel. . Total Recall has gone out on August 22, 2012.
